ColyVan Pacific utilized the services of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, to establish our financial services and this accounting expertise and purchase order system sets us apart from other management companies, allowing us to offer our clients a range and quality of service not normally found in property management organizations.
Our computer network service gives ColyVan Pacific technical support, backup and data security for our systems, and most importantly for our clients. It is essential in maintaining accurate records.
All employees are covered by a $1,000,000.00 Fidelity Bond in addition to the nominal bonding requirements under our licensing through the Real Estate Council. ColyVan Pacific also carries Errors and Omissions Insurance for both management and staff.
