Kerry started his career in 1992 as a caretaker in a strata building and worked his way through the ranks to become CEO and the Managing Broker.
Kerry has an extensive background in customer service working in the retail and food services management industries. In 2004 with the encouragement from his peers, Kerry began his quest to build a customer-centered property management company. The opportunity to realize his dream was fulfilled in 2008. Today he is responsible for driving the mission and vision of the company in helping communities achieve their potential.
At the core of his beliefs, Kerry is fiercely passionate about helping people and communities. Living in gratitude for the fulfillment of the opportunities that have come his way, Kerry is committed to helping his clients, employees, family and friends reach their potential.
MELISSA RUYTER – Managing Director

Melissa began her career as a strata bookkeeper at the age of 19. She elevated herself to the height of Managing Director through hard work, tenacity and her vision to build a great customer-centred property management company.
After a decade of building her career and education in the Lower Mainland, she moved to Australia where she continued her ascent to become the head of a property management organization. She returned home with her family in 2013, and settled on Vancouver Island where she assumed the role of Managing Director.
Melissa uses her unique abilities inspiring her team to build strong relationships with their communities. It is through her dedication to help others achieve their goals that she finds success.
KATHY VANDERLEE – Director of Operations

Kathy started her career as a property manager after building a successful contracting business. Just as she excelled in building her own business, Kathy successfully mastered every level of property management to become the Director of Operations.
Kathy’s success has come from a passionate care for the team supporting her and the communities she manages. Her sincerity and personalized knowledge of each person she works with, has contributed to her success. But it is her drive to always push for better that has excelled her customer service.
KYLA BECIA – Controller
“I believe compliance and accuracy build confidence and value.”
Kyla began her career over a decade ago as an accounting clerk and rose to the position of Controller. She is dedicated to the accurate reporting of financials and nurturing a strong team to support their communities.
Kyla has spent the past decade helping build the company from 8 communities to well over 200. Her attention to detail and superior work ethic has earned her respect from the communities she serves and the team she oversees.
Kyla’s knowledge, education and experience makes her a true leader and an invaluable member of the team.
